Gold Tree Review – Does It Really Pay?
Hello everyone, It’s David here, I hope you are doing well.
Welcome to my Gold Tree review article.
Nothing gets sweeter than the opportunity to cultivate money trees, right?
Imagine the yields when these trees grow rapidly, it can be very lucrative and rewarding.
Virtually, an app called Gold Tree adopts this fantasy concept.
But then, can you really convert all the virtual amounts in real life?
Realistically, is it even possible to earn by growing the in-app money trees?
Should you spend time on it or avoid it completely?
Let’s discover all the answers in this review.
What Is Gold Tree?
Gold Tree is an app available on Google Play.
Its primary trait is to attract people from all walks of life to grow their in-game money trees.
These trees can then generate virtual dollars redeemable for real money.
At the time of writing, it has already been downloaded more than fifty thousand times.
This statistic suggests that many people do buy the idea naively thinking that earning real money is indeed attainable.
First and foremost, I’m a little conservative regarding the monetary rewards based on my experience reviewing countless fake money apps and games.
We will discover the truth as we explore deeper.
It’s easy to get started.
You don’t even need to register a game account.
That’s exactly how simplified and easy to start cultivating your in-game money trees.
Let’s take a look at its interface.
As you play the game, you can observe the glowing golden light shining directly onto your money trees.
Aesthetically, it’s very pleasing to the eyes.
But that’s not the primary reason why you are here, right?
You want to discover the earning aspect of the game.
So, let’s continue our exploration journey.
How Do You Earn With Gold Tree?
To ease your journey in Gold Tree, the in-game money tree has virtual money ready for collection.
All you need to do is tap on the golden banknotes.
Then, you begin your journey from there.
The game also has a quick tutorial to guide you through.
It will suggest you upgrade your money tree.
To enable the upgrade, you need the earned virtual coins.
The higher your money tree level, the more branches it has.
That will directly translate to even more reapable virtual coins.
Fundamentally, it’s that easy to play and earn in Gold Tree.
Moving forward, your primary tasks are to keep tapping on the golden banknotes to collect all the virtual cash amounts.
As you make progress, the highly anticipated cash bag will appear.
Tapping on it will showcase either the PayPal or Amazon icons.
Both are virtual redeemable rewards.
But there’s a caveat.
You have to endure an unskippable video ad.
Each virtual reward redemption requires you to watch video ads.
So, you will be watching lots of video ads as you make progress.
For the first time, the game introduces its notorious video ads monetization.
Why did I use the word “notorious”?
Well, the reason is simple.
These video ads are unattractive, look spammy, and are even unskippable.
You have to endure all the videos in full durations before you can claim any of the virtual rewards.
To further entice you to keep playing, the game has something called the rain buff enhancer.
What it does essentially is to ease your tapping tasks.
You see, your finger can be extremely tired after a prolonged period of tapping on the money tree.
So, here comes a tool to ease your tapping.
Here’s what I mean.
Did you see the “free” button?
It says free, right?
But then, there’s a price for the free upgrade.
You have to endure a video ad.
The small little video icon next to it indicates a video ad will appear upon tapping.
Something undesirable happened during my test.
I experienced the randomly appearing video ads while playing.
It has nothing to do with redeeming rewards.
These video ads just popped up without any acknowledgment.
So, that was a bad experience while testing the app.
So, what else can I do to earn the virtual cash rewards?
Well, there’s another task which is the daily event.
If you come back to the game daily, the game will reward you luxuriously.
How’s the lucrativeness?
Let’s take a look below.
Predictably, you have to endure video ads to receive the elusive free and super free chests.
How Do You Get Paid?
Everything will be the usual video ads as you progress in Gold Tree.
But then, as soon as you wish to redeem the earned virtual cash amounts, you will be exposed to even more ugliness.
The game will showcase the additional bonus tasks that you need to accomplish before payouts are honored.
Now, the real fishiness arises instantly.
You are required to download and play third-party games for specific durations before payout requests can be unlocked.
So, after progressing thus far, we have discovered two major uglinesses.
First, it’s the developer’s desperation to monetize your time with video ads.
Second, it’s also his desperation to further monetize your time and mobile data to play additional games.
These games could be irrelevant and may not interest you at all.
Hence, the ultimate ugliness is actually the hidden intention to monetize your time, effort, and mobile data to earn video ad revenues and sponsored games revenue.
Remember this, all the revenues go straight to the developer’s pocket while players will be completely fooled and disregarded.
Now, here comes the flagship question.
Can you really earn by tapping the money trees in this game?
Unfortunately, the answer is relatively predictable.
It’s a big no.
The revelations thus far reveal that it’s a single-channel profit for the developer.
Therefore, players have been exploited naively believing that real payouts are receivable.
It’s the exact opposite scenario.
Think about it consciously, can you earn real money so easily simply by cultivating a virtual money tree?
That’s insane and completely senseless, right?
More importantly, I always remind and tell my readers to stay away from everything that looks too good to be true.
Don’t believe in all the exaggerated lucrativeness.
It will translate to huge disappointments, possibly even financial losses.
The Cons – What I Dislike About Gold Tree
- Questionable real payouts
- Unethically exploits players’ time and mobile data for self benefits
- Showcases lots of video ads
- Valueless game mechanics
My Final Thoughts
Theoretically, Gold Tree offers the highly anticipated $1000 PayPal cash and $10,000 Amazon gift card rewards.
But in real life, these rewards are completely unattainable.
Think consciously and you will understand the common sense that backs my argument.
One grand and ten grand are not small amounts at all.
Who will believe that these amounts can be redeemed simply by playing the unattractive money tree tapping game?
The true answer is nobody, right?
This game is all about hidden ugly intentions to exploit players’ time, effort, and mobile data.
The exploitation goes a mile ahead with the options of in-game VIP subscriptions.
So, if you are not careful, you could potentially lose real money instead of earning by playing Gold Tree.
Hence, my sincere suggestion is to stay away from this app without any hesitation.
Now, if you ask me, David, are there much better alternatives to earn money online?
Well, the answer is yes, there are.
I highly suggest you check out my Freecash review, it’s a detailed article on everything about the platform, specifically the earning parts.
Freecash is arguably one of the best rewarding platforms in the world.
It’s phenomenal in every aspect, and more importantly, there are plethoras of ways to earn coins that are redeemable for lots of rewards including cash withdrawals.
Additionally, I also encourage you to check out my PrizeRebel review.
It’s also my top recommendation when it comes to generating extra income online.
You can participate in various tasks such as surveys to kickstart your earning journey.
So, I hope you found this review article helpful and informative.
