TaskPay App Review – There Are Lots Of Tasks But Can You Also Earn?
Hello everyone, It’s David here, I hope you are doing well.
Welcome to my TaskPay review article.
There are lots of rewarding apps online.
But then, it’s extremely rare to spot an app coded and designed by Indians.
Yeah, this app is called TaskPay.
One of its main uniqueness is the number of available tasks.
Besides the tasks, you can also earn massively with its in-house developed referral system.
I know what you are seeking.
You want to know whether real money can be earned, right?
Well, I’m also seeking the truth in terms of receiving real payouts.
So, let’s begin our discovery journey without further ado.
What Is TaskPay?
TaskPay is a rewarding app available specifically on Android’s Google Play.
Hence, if you are using devices powered by Android, this app is downloadable for free.
Yeah, that’s right.
It’s completely free to use.
So, right off the bat, you know that there’s no potential financial loss while using the app.
When you launch it for the first time, it will take some time to load.
After that, it will show up a message to establish your unique identity in the app.
There are two options.
First, you can sign up with a synced Google account.
Second, you can also sign up with an email address.
It has been a long time since I reviewed an app that is serious about the members’ identity.
Hence, TaskPay is doing a good job in this regard.
It’s also the reason you don’t see the staggering number of downloads.
Here’s what the app interface looks like.
How Do You Earn With TaskPay?
Earlier, I mentioned that TaskPay has many tasks for you to participate in.
In this section, let’s identify all the tasks individually.
Before we do that, I would like to talk about something relatively important.
You see, this app is focused entirely on Indian Rupee currency.
It’s the sole currency in the app.
Hence, you will need to do the currency conversion to know the exact conversion for your local currency.
I will be converting Indian Rupee to USD with Google in this article.
Next, let’s dive right into the ocean of tasks!
Play the associated games
TaskPay partners with third-party game developers to showcase their games within its platform.
You will be earning in-app coins for your time spent playing these games.
But before you start playing, you have to grant consent for TaskPay to gain access to your phone’s data.
What does that mean?
You may be curious, right?
Well, essentially, it means that you have to enable data access on your Android device.
That way, TaskPay can track your playtime accurately.
I know, you may be concerned about your data security.
You may also be concerned about your data privacy.
I understand.
But then, if you are keen to earn in-app coins, playing third-party games is one of the best ways to accumulate coins.
Why?
Well, you will be rewarded with coins for active time spent in the games.
Next, let’s talk about the games.
The availability of games depends on several factors.
First, your residing country.
If you are staying in top-tier countries, you can expect to see more games for you to play.
Second, the game developers’ needs.
Sometimes, game developers may want to test certain features of their game before the official release.
Hence, they might feature their game on rewarding apps such as TaskPay.
Next, let’s come back to the data security concerns.
I suggest you read the app’s terms and privacy policy carefully before granting access.
If you are feeling uncomfortable, don’t consent to the data access.
You do that only when you trust the app fully.
Every active participating game will be placed under the “My app” tab.
There, you can easily check all your active games with their progression and potential coin rewards.
Here’s an example of a game.
Participate in the login challenge
TaskPay has something called the daily login challenge.
Essentially, you are encouraged to keep coming back to spend time in the app.
What are the potential reapable rewards?
You may ask.
Well, you will be rewarded with in-app coins.
The coins will be added cumulatively each day.
To be more precise, 5 coins will be rewarded daily until the 15th day.
Participate in the quiz event
To participate, simply tap on the quiz located inside the “rewards” tab.
Your tasks are straightforward, answer all the quizzes correctly!
Showcase your puzzles solving skills
Interestingly, TaskPay allows you to test your skills in puzzle solving.
If you can solve all the puzzles flawlessly, coin rewards will be waiting for you.
Spin the daily spins
The spinning task is nothing new and spectacularly impressive.
If you are familiar with the “get paid to” platforms, you surely have encountered this task before.
Essentially, you spin the wheel to test your luck.
When the spin halts, you will receive random rewards.
Participate in the lucky number contest
Daily, you will have the opportunity to try your luck at picking the lucky numbers.
When your chosen numbers match with those set by the app, you are considered a winner.
Hence, coin rewards will greet you happily.
Participate in card scratching event
This task is relatively easy.
You will be presented with blurred cards.
Your task is to reveal the cards by scratching them.
It’s that simple.
If you can reveal cards successfully, in-app coins will be rewarded.
Now, let’s elaborate further on these tasks.
Understandably, it feels awesome to have so many tasks for you to participate in.
However, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you will receive more rewards.
It’s the exact opposite scenario.
Why?
Okay, let me reveal the core hidden intention of the app.
An intention that the developer hopes you will never discover.
TaskPay is all about an app for the developer to reap video ad revenues.
Everything that you do in the app will trigger video ads.
And these ads are unskippable.
They are also extremely spammy and unattractive.
Hence, I highly advise you not to engage in any of the ads.
Most of the ads promote fake rewarding apps and money games.
So, don’t fall prey to any of them.
The situation could get even uglier when the ads are embedded with malicious codes that cause harm to your Android device.
During my test, I was extremely frustrated with the video ads.
The ads appeared even when I was doing nothing in the app.
Imagine the level of craziness!
Also, if you switch away from the app, video ads will appear when you come back.
There are no ways to skip the video ads.
TaskPay has been coded and designed as such.
So, you have been informed.
Next, let’s proceed to the next available task.
Invite others to join TaskPay
TaskPay has its in-house developed unique referral implementation.
If you are skillful in the art of persuasion, referring someone to join the app will benefit you hugely.
Theoretically, you will receive 100 coins when you refer someone to TaskPay.
To further encourage you to share this platform with as many people as you can,
TaskPay adds another layer of sweetness to the referral rewards.
When your referrals complete three tasks successfully, you will earn an additional 900 coins.
On top of that, you will also earn 5% of all your referrals earning for life.
How Do You Get Paid?
Every reward in TaskPay is calculated based on The Indian Rupee.
Hence, you have to do the conversion to identify the exact amount you earn in your local currency.
However, I don’t suggest you put too much emphasis on that.
In other words, you don’t have to be too optimistic about getting paid.
I will reveal the ultimate truth shortly.
In TaskPay, 100 coins are equivalent to 1 Indian Rupee.
It’s also equivalent to 0.012 United States Dollars.
(Accurate at the time of writing based on Google’s currency conversion rate)
The minimum payout threshold has been set at just 100 coins.
It means that as soon as you accumulate 100 in-app coins, you can request the real payouts.
Payout options include Paytm, Amazon gift cards, and Google Play credits.
However, the minimum withdrawal threshold of 100 coins is only applicable for Paytm.
If you choose an Amazon gift card and Google Play credits, you have to accumulate 10 Indian Rupees (0.12 USD) to unlock real payouts.
Now, let’s talk about the realistic scenario of getting paid.
How realistic can you receive the real payouts?
Even though all the withdrawal thresholds are relatively low, you still have to be cautious.
As I said earlier, don’t be hopeful.
Why?
Here’s the truth.
This app is nothing but a tool to generate video ad revenues for the developer.
Besides, it’s still under the “early access” status despite the massive population in the app.
It means that nobody can be informed of the realness of users who are paid successfully.
It’s a mystery at the time of writing.
The Cons – What I Dislike About TaskPay
- Showcases lots of video ads (incredibly a lot)
- Questionable real payouts
- Doesn’t add any value to users
- The early access status that prevents users from knowing the truth in terms of real payouts
My Final Thoughts
I know, you may be thinking, why don’t give TaskPay a try?
After all, the withdrawal thresholds are so low and acceptable.
Well, my genuine advice is to think twice and thrice.
I’ve mentioned all my solid arguments earlier, if they resonate with you, you will know exactly what to do.
You see, your time is highly valuable, you shouldn’t spend it on an app that’s full of mysteries.
At the present moment, nobody has been confirmed to be getting paid.
But then, the developer is getting his wallet thicker with all the video ad revenues as we speak.
Now, if you are searching for ways to earn money online, I have another much better alternative.
It’s called Freecash.
If you haven’t discovered it, I suggest you check out my Freecash review to find out all its awesomeness.
More importantly, it does pay quickly and unfailingly.
So, I hope you found this review article helpful and informative.
Have you tried TaskPay?
Are you left speechless with all the intrusive video ads?
