Veggie Onet Review – Can You Really Earn $500?
Hello everyone, It’s David here, I hope you are doing well.
Welcome to my Veggie Onet review article.
Playing casual games can be a way to pass time and have fun.
Nowadays, even casual games have rewarding traits.
It sounds crazy but that’s the reality.
One of them is none other than Veggie Onet.
You may already know its existence.
But then, can you also earn real money by playing?
How genuine is it in terms of real payouts?
Should you even play?
Let’s find out the truth in this review article.
What Is Veggie Onet?
Veggie Onet is a rewarding casual game available on Google Play.
It’s downloadable for free and doesn’t require any game account creation.
At the time of writing, it has already been downloaded more than one hundred thousand times.
So, why do people desperately want to play the game?
Is it because of the gameplay?
Probably.
But the real reason is due to its lucrative monetary rewards.
How lucrative can it be?
You may ask.
Well, how about at least $500?
It even allows you to earn as high as three grand!
It blew my mind and left me speechless in awe.
Lucrativeness is the primary unique selling proposition.
And the developer did well at least for now.
That explains why the game is so insanely popular.
To begin playing, you just need to download and install the game.
Here’s what the game interface looks like.
How Do You Earn With Veggie Onet?
Despite being a casual game, Veggie Onet offers broader ways to earn in-game rewards.
There are two types.
First, it’s the virtual dollars.
Second, it’s the in-game diamonds.
Both of them can be accumulated to exchange for real payouts.
I will elaborate more in a moment.
Now, let’s identify the exact ways to earn these rewards.
Play the core game
Understandably, playing the game is the primary way to earn in-game rewards.
Here’s how the game mechanic works.
Random vegetables and fruits will be placed on a board.
Your task is to eliminate all the identical fruits and vegetables.
If you can eliminate everything successfully, four rewards will be presented to you.
Yeah, you heard that right, my friends!
Typically, most of the rewarding games only offer one reward per level completion.
Now, Veggie Onet walks one step further to please you with the intention to keep you playing.
You will receive random virtual dollars and diamonds.
Here’s what I mean.
Even better, the game will also present you with a board full of randomly placed diamonds.
Tap on any of the diamonds to trigger the magical moment.
Now, sit back and watch lots of diamonds credited into your account as every diamond eliminates each other.
Wow, it was a very enjoyable experience during my test.
What if you can’t eliminate all the vegetables and fruits?
Well, the game has a reshuffle tool for you to utilize.
When you trigger a reshuffle of the entire game board, a new opportunity will be presented for you to earn virtual dollars and diamonds.
But there’s a caveat.
It’s also the most undesirable trait of most of the rewarding games.
It’s no exception with Veggie Onet.
Are you curious to find out?
Well, it’s about video ads monetization.
If you play rewarding games, this scenario is something you’ve experienced.
Bear in mind that these video ads are unskippable with a countdown timer.
You have to watch everything in full duration before accomplishing specific tasks in the game.
Yeah, that’s right, everything that you do in the game will trigger video ads.
Watch video ads
Video ads again?
You may ask furiously.
Yeah, like it or not, the developer is trying to monetize your time and effort on top of the already well structured monetization.
First, you play the game.
As you make progress or utilize the game tools, video ads will appear.
This monetization strategy has already been coded during the game design.
Now, to further enhance the ads revenues, the game will entice you to multiply your rewards.
Here’s what I mean.
Did you see the little video icon inside the claim button?
Exactly.
It hints that a video ad is waiting for you.
Play the fortune spinning game
The concept is like the “wheel of fortune”.
You tap on the wheel to try your luck.
When the spin stops, you will receive a random in-game reward.
Again, you have to endure video ads.
The game doesn’t restrict the number of spins.
But the real obstacles are the annoying and unattractive video ads.
So, that’s the ugly side of the game.
Tap on the physical product while playing
What do I even mean by that?
You asked.
Well, the developer will try his best to encourage you to continue staying in the game.
It’s fairly understandable.
The more time you spend in the game, the developer will earn even more ad revenues.
Hence, the idea of the physical product prizes has been implemented.
During my test, there was a lucrative iPhone 13 bubble inappropriately placed so that it was visible easily.
True enough, I spotted and tapped on it.
Disappointingly, a video ad appeared.
Then, I realized it was only the partial puzzle pieces.
Nobody knows exactly how long it takes to acquire the last missing puzzle to redeem the lucrative prize.
But one thing for sure is that lots of video ads have been consumed which is very frustrating.
How Do You Get Paid?
Earlier, I mentioned the game offers virtual dollar rewards from $500 to as high as $3000.
As soon as you reach the minimum threshold, you can request a real payout.
Once submitted, the game will ask you to wait for three days with a countdown timer.
Let’s take a look below.
At first, I was clueless about why it had to be three days.
Subsequently, I realized it’s about maximizing ad revenues for the developer.
During the countdown period, more ads will be shown.
When the timer ends, the waiting continues.
That’s something very disastrous as far as time, effort, and mobile data are concerned.
Finally, I realized that the developer will put me in an endless queue to watch lots of video ads.
These ads are almost uncountable.
Sadly, many people are not willing to concede to the ugly truth.
They will continue to watch even more video ads hoping to reach their turn for payout fulfillment.
Unfortunately, that’s not going to happen.
All the virtual amounts mean nothing at all when they are unredeemable to real money.
Think about it consciously, can you earn $500 and even more so easily?
It doesn’t make any logical sense, right?
Besides, I always remind and tell my readers that when something looks too good to be true, it is.
Don’t fall for it.
And also don’t pretend that the ugliness is fake.
The ugliness of exploiting your time and mobile data is genuine.
The Pros – What I like About Veggie Onet
- Free to play
- Fun and addictive gameplay
The Cons – What I Dislike About Veggie Onet
- Questionable real payouts
- Exploits players to watch endless video ads
- Offers unrealistic lucrativeness
My Final Thoughts
Veggie Onet could be quite fun to play.
I enjoyed it during my test.
Sadly, the positive experience plummeted very quickly.
Firstly, the ads ruin gaming sessions to a huge extent.
Secondly, the fakeness that circles the real payouts is unacceptable.
It claims that $500 is earnable.
Then, it was delayed by three days.
Predictably, the supposedly redeemable amounts were gone with the wind.
Eventually, time, effort, and mobile data were lost.
So, if you are still naively thinking that redeeming real payout is possible, you need to tweak your mindset to avoid massive disappointment.
That’s my sincere advice.
Now, if you ask me, David, are there much better alternatives to earn money online?
Well, the answer is yes, there are.
I highly suggest you check out my Freecash review, it’s a detailed article on everything about the platform, specifically the earning parts.
Freecash is arguably one of the best rewarding platforms in the world.
It’s phenomenal in every aspect, and more importantly, there are plethoras of ways to earn coins that are redeemable for lots of rewards including cash withdrawals.
Additionally, I also encourage you to check out my PrizeRebel review.
It’s also my top recommendation when it comes to generating extra income online.
You can participate in various tasks such as surveys to kickstart your earning journey.
So, I hope you found this review article helpful and informative.
